How far in advance can I book?

You can make your reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight departs.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
No changes or cancellations are allowed.
Do I need to reconfirm my reservation after receiving the confirmation?

No, you do not need to confirm your reservation if you have already received an email with the confirmation and the code of your reservation. You also do not have to confirm your return transfer, unless we request it.

What luggage do I have to take?

Each passenger may carry two pieces of luggage, a piece of luggage with a maximum weight of approximately 20 kg and hand luggage (maximum dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 20cm).

If you want to take special luggage, you must indicate it when making the reservation by clicking on "Do you need extra services?". Special luggage has a supplement of 15 euros. Special luggage must be able to travel without causing damage to other luggage or packages, and it is mandatory that they be packed in some type of box or bag prepared for transport.

The transport vehicle will be adequate for the number of people traveling and the luggage contracted.

What happens if my flight is delayed or diverted?

The flights are monitored and our transfer service will be pending the arrival of your flight.

If your flight is delayed, the transfer service will be waiting for you.

If your flight is diverted to another airport, we will do our best to reschedule your transfer according to your new arrival time for free. If we are finally unable to reschedule your transfer due to unavailability of vehicles, the full amount of the affected transfer will be reimbursed.

Where will they pick me up and / or drop me off?

For transfers from the airport, you will have to go to the airport bus parking, dock E1.

Upon arrival in Costa Calma, we will drop you off at Av. Jahn Reisen at the Hotel Mónica Beach.

In Esquinzo the TuVenFUE stop is in front of the Hotel SBH Club Paraiso Playa, and in Morro Jable next to the Hotel SBH Maxorata Resort.

For transfers to the airport we will pick you up at the above addresses. Remember that the departure from will be 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight. We will arrive at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

How long will our transfer last?

The duration of the transfer is approximately 60 minutes. This duration is an estimated time and it is a merely indicative indication.

The provider has the absolute discretion to choose the actual travel route to your destination.

Will we arrive well in advance of our flight?

Your arrival at the airport will be 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

Most airlines open their check-in counters 2 hours before take-off time, and close them 40 or 45 minutes before departure time.

Make sure to correctly indicate your flight details, indicating the arrival and departure times as shown on the plane tickets. The departure from Costa Calma to the Airport is 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight and we will confirm them in the reservation voucher.

You should verify all the details that appear on the voucher as soon as you receive it. Please notify us of any errors immediately as changes may not be possible later.

When I arrive at the airport, will I have time to find the driver?

Upon arrival at the airport, our transfer service will be waiting for you. The maximum wait for customers will in no case exceed 60 minutes, which will be counted from the moment the first passenger contacts the Shuttle driver.

Do children have to pay a place?

Children under the age of two do not occupy a seat and do not pay the price of the fare. Children from two years of age must pay the established rate and are entitled to the luggage conditions of any passenger.

Do you have baby seats?

The compulsory restraint devices approved according to the weight and size of the child who must use it (chairs or elevators) are free, and you must select them when making your reservation by clicking on "Do you need extra services?".

Are you traveling with a wheelchair?

Travelers in a wheelchair, with reduced mobility or special needs have at their disposal special seats (PRM) to travel seated in their own wheelchair. These seats have the same cost as the rest of the vehicle seats. If the traveler wishes to travel in a conventional seat of the transfer, he can take his chair in the trunk at no additional cost. In this case, they must be able to get into the vehicle and settle into the seat autonomously. In the event that the traveler is within the circumstances described in this paragraph, they must indicate this when making their reservation, clicking on "Do you need extra services?".

Will someone else be riding in the vehicle?

The Shuttle or transfer service is a shared discretionary transport service that is provided for clients with prior reservation. The client and his companions will travel in a vehicle shared with other clients in the most practical vehicle for the supplier.

How can I make a claim?

Since you formalize the contract for its processing with the provider, you must re-submit to the latter the queries or matters related to their service. If you have any problems during the trip, you must inform the supplier. Contact details are on the voucher.
